Cancellations
Once you click "place your order" we are unable to change, alter or cancelyour order.
 

Return and Exchange

All sales are final and Social Expressions DOES NOT issue refunds.

Social Expressions will exchange NON-OPENED items for the same or greater value product with original receipt ONLY.

Please contact our customer service department before sending anything back to us via email at info@socialexpressionsri.com or call us toll free at 401-831-1000 from 10am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time. For faster processing of your return, please follow the steps outlined below.

Want to Exchange an Item?

  1. Contact Social Expressions Customer Service within 10 days of receiving your order to let us know that you will be making an exchange.  Call us at 401-831-1000 from 10am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time. Or email us atinfo@socialexpressionsri.com. We will need to know which item(s) you would like to have in exchange of your original items as well as your name, address and credit card number (to apply any difference of product price or shipping charges on exchanged items)
  2. You will be given a Return Authorization Number. Please write this number on the outside of your shipping box and address to :
    1. Social Expressions– RETURNS
    2. 295 South Main St
    3. Providence, RI 02904
  3. Please send your package via UPS or Parcel Post Insured.  Insuring your package protects you in case the items are damaged or lost in transit.
  4. Carefully package the items in the original shipping box or any suitable shipping carton using plenty of padding material to protect the product(s) and include a copy of your invoice.

IMPORTANT: Make sure that the items are well protected and packaged similar to the way you received them. Whenever possible, use the same packaging that was used to ship the items to you. ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED IN A SALEABLE CONDITION FOR AN EXCHANGE
Once we receive your return package, we will exchange your product for one of a same or greater value. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges on exchanged items.

PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 21 BUSINESS DAYS FOR US TO RECEIVE AND PROCESS YOUR EXCHANGE.

 
Sales Tax
Social Expressions is required by law to charge sales tax in the state of Rhode Island. Sales tax is charged on total merchandise charges for orders delivered to RI at a rate of 7%.
